We got 1 night in this hotel, loved it. Got wheelchair accessible room, as expected. We had a city view and climate control, an electronic key card and a work desk.

The staff was VERY AMIABLE and helped with getting around the city. Very central location, just a short walk away from isidora goyenechea. The pool was amazing too. Fine drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.
The room I booked was overpriced!

I came here for 2 nights and had a comfortable stay. The whole place was clean and the staff were attentive. Moreover, a Chilean museum was 15 minutes' walk away. They gave me superior queen room with soundproofed windows. Didn't expect to get wake up calls for nothing, you guys rock.
